Covid 19 Service Procedure:
In order to keep our customers, as well as our staff safe during the current pandemic, we are implementing new social distancing and safety practices in the shop. Only one customer will be allowed inside the shop at a time, so please be patient, and be aware of the distancing directions on the floor.
If you are in need of service, please call the shop and let us help you determine if your unit needs to come in for diagnosis or repair.
Conctactless Dropoff Option: If we can help, and you have access to the internet, you may choose to fill out and submit the service request form below (as completely as you can) before coming into the shop. We will then collect additional information over the phone, when we collect the deposit. You may then come to the shop and stay in your car, where we will come out and get the unit from a back seat or trunk, and drop off your work order.
Curbside Pickup Option: When you are notified to pickup a unit, you may choose to settle the invoice over the phone for a contactless pickup. When we call, just let us know what type and color of vehicle you are arriving in. You may then come to the shop and stay in your car, where we will promptly deliver your unit and receipt to the back seat or trunk.
